I hereby give consent for the personal data provided in this application form to be stored and processed by TK in accordance with the Act of 29.08.97 on Personal Data Protection published in the Journal of Law Dz.U. nr 133 item 883 for the purpose of information about exhibitions, conferences, congresses and other events organised by TK and for the purpose of the event organisation and management.
